  • Discover your own effectiveness as a leader from a 360-degree Leadership Competency Survey of some of your colleagues
  • Learn about your own Motive Profile and how it impacts on your leadership behaviour
  • Practise leadership skills in enjoyable and stimulating simulation exercises
  • Share your thoughts, feelings and insights with colleagues in a secure, supportive environment


2    SENIOR LEADERSHIP TEAM DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME (<12 participants)


  • Work constructively with colleagues to explore the internal effectiveness of your senior team
  • Analyse your goals, roles, processes and relationships to build an internal action plan for improvement
  • Discover the external impact of the senior team through a Staff Climate Survey previously completed on-line by all members of staff
  • Work collaboratively to develop an external action plan to improve staff climate and secure discretionary effort
  • Experience the bonding effect of sharing, listening and discussing with colleagues in a confidential and secure environment.
